Wright Tire & Auto operates an illegal, predatory towing service. They have motorcyclists on patrol notifying their tow truck drivers of cars parked in private parking lots which have no visible tow away signs. As well after towing my company's car illegally, they slashed my back tire.

After not being informed on parking policy and parking in my friend's apartment complex parking lot that had no visible parking restriction sign, my car was towed. It ended up at Wright Tire & Auto where the employee, Matt, proceeded to call me a b**ch when I asked why there wasn't a sign visible detailing the parking policies. Anywhere that has employees that would call a 19 year old young woman who is coming in upset, confused, and broke a b**ch is somewhere I would NEVER recommend. Please do not support this business.

Might want to make their tow-away zone signs more visible in lots downtown...thanks for screwing me over, a**holes.

These guys were excellent!!!! I was driving on 75 today and blew a tire luckily these guys were close by and fixed my tire in about 15min had us on our way to a very important doctors appointment ! And reasonable prices with the nicest staff!! thanks again for the save we made it to the appointment!
