Follow AAA guidelines for towing. I had a driver drop my AAA call because we weren't towing the car to Wright. He questioned me why I was taking my car to Shipley Automotive and when I refused to tow it to Wright he dropped the tow.
Wrongfully towed my daughter’s car before the allowed time and then lied to her stating that the “driver must’ve put the time in wrong”. Sadly, they are clearly in the business of taking advantage of college students. Both Brock and Tyler were EXTREMELY rude and condescending to both my daughter and myself.
I just got towed and y’all have excellent service and people
My car broke down on 75 during the middle of a snowstorm and I had assistance within 20 minutes. They even contacted AAA for me and towed my car 70 miles back to where I live. Matt especially went out of his way to help me out during a busy time. Great service and great people. Made a stressful situation much less chaotic. Thanks so much for your service!
