Very hands off . No communication. Receptionist screamed at us in front of our 5 children. Justin was never available . When we got to his office for a refund, he wasn't available like normal. He wasn't available to talk. All we received from them was a text message.Saying a court day . Zero preparation zero communication. It wasn't until his receptionist started screaming at my family that he came out and was available.But he came out and asked us to leave, he still didn't want to talk.
