I went to Nikki for a virgin texturizer, blow dry & straighten, and trim. The experience was 10/10! Great customer service. I was seen in a timely manner and finished pretty quickly. What made the appt even better is that Nikki truly cares about hair health.

I will share my experience with as much detail as I would want to know. Nikki is hands down amazing! When I walked I'm the door her chair is the first one and she greeted me with warmth and a huge smile before she even knew I was her client. I am not the greatest with my hair and I was scared and embarrassed to show her, but when I did she said no problem I got you. she took me back to her bowl and started washing my hair and massaging my scalp it felt and smelled really good.
