I have used this funeral home for many years. They have always helped me through the process. Grieving is a hard process and to know what to do is very daunting task. They also insured that our request for a public or private service depending on what our loved one wished would be honored. They have gone beyond what many funeral homes will do. I greatly appreciate the Wright-Roy family and will continue to use them in the future.

If I could give them 0 stars I would but that's not an option unfortunately. Do NOT use this funeral home! I have never had a worse experience with anything in my life than I had using Wright-Roy Funeral Home to bury my loved one. They are incredibly rude, disrespectful, and insensitive; basically everything you shouldn't be as owners of a funeral home. I contacted Melissa Roy this week to arrange a private viewing for my daughter to say goodbye to her grandfather. Instead I was told, “That is not possible.“ She went on to say that, “If she wants to see her grandfather she can attend the wake like everybody else.“ I attempted to explain that this would cause her undue anxiety and she wished to say goodbye in private.
