Disappointed in the lack of professionalism. One of the funeral flowers for mass was missing but the other 2 from the flower shop were there. Melissa blamed it on the flower shop when the funeral home had it in their possession their entire time; they just left it behind. Ended up bringing it in shortly after Mass started. Would not have cared to leave a review if I wasn't lied to

I have used this funeral home for many years. They have always helped me through the process. Grieving is a hard process and to know what to do is very daunting task. They also insured that our request for a public or private service depending on what our loved one wished would be honored. They have gone beyond what many funeral homes will do. I greatly appreciate the Wright-Roy family and will continue to use them in the future.

If I could give them 0 stars I would but that's not an option unfortunately. Do NOT use this funeral home! I have never had a worse experience with anything in my life than I had using Wright-Roy Funeral Home to bury my loved one. They are incredibly rude, disrespectful, and insensitive; basically everything you shouldn't be as owners of a funeral home.
