I would just like to say that Jose Balana the RN that took care of my wife’s stay at Eisenhower RM230B on September 5th and 6th did such an amazing job. If all RN at Eisenhower would be a model to Jose patient stays would be such a great experience. I wish I had 1000 words I could type to let him know how extremely grateful Iam for his genuine patient care. I’ve always appreciated people who go above and beyond

While not confined to EMC, as an octogenarian I am invisible for a caring medical encounter with most doctors. No touch encounters are the norm. I am a well octogenarian patient. My esteemed and exceptional young female doctor decided to leave EMC after a short term. She expressed disgust/frustration by its policies toward doctors and patients.
