Terrible experience they where acting like a therapist and treating me for my supposed alcohol withdrawal went I went in for my head injure and epilepsy. They did an MRI and egg for what they didn't resolve anything, they where talking about maybe I have an alcohol withdrawal or benzo withdrawal but yet they gave me a bunch of Valium which is a benzo. I had some imaging done two weeks ago NOBODY called to say anything. I finally looked on MyChart and saw I needed additional imaging. I called and spoke to Sunshine I asked why nobody has called and asked to make an appt she was rude and disrespectful. She stated she needs my doctor to approve the additional imaging. I called my doctor and they told me they just got off the phone with her. My doctor stated Sunshine just called them and stated they need a signature to get the additional imaging. I can't maintian a PCP for myself or my son because after one or two visits the doctor is no longer with Eisenhower medical , only then to be kicked back into the patient pool and wait more months to schedule a new patient visit etc etc ...what a waste. Fast forward to me finding a growing mass in my armpit. Like Athena I have experienced the same thing with the same security officer. I don't get many days off, so I stack all my doctors appts on the same day which are all on campus. I've gotten 2 tickets that say patient parking only. I have a camera all around my car and it's always the same guy that matches your exact description. The last ticket I got from him he was wearing a surgical mass in 106 degree weather, sunglasses, and a hat like he was trying to hide himself.
