Highest expectations from their employees unlike many other tree companies. Custimer satisfaction and safety comes before profits. And if your gonna give one star at least explain your self. Nature of this business is that weather dictates when we work so plans always change. Overall best tree company to work for.☺
We are very pleased with our experience with Wright Outdoors. Corey was pleasant to work with and the crew that did the work at our house did a great job. They were courteous and made sure everything was picked up and clean at the end of the day. We couldn't be happier with the way our landscape project turned out!
Well, after two reschedules because of stormy weather, Wright Outdoor Solutions showed up to finally work..our number was drawn. But, wait. They left. One of the team has a hurt foot. I sure hope he didn't get that on the first job they did this morning. The one I was told they would do before me, even though I was scheduled first. I was then told Wright would call me and try and come back tomorrow. Guess what? They won't. I cancelled. It just seemed to me that a $2000 job wasn't important enough for them. Great place!!!!. Went out there on Tuesday. Very impressive place to shop for trees, plants, grasses, and a whole lot more. Staff is very polite and extremely helpful. Will definitely shop here in future.
