The prescription she provided to me was not FDA approved and I ended up in the hospital. When I reached out, she never responded. Stay away!

Not the best experience, timeliness issues and communication was not the best especially when it came to billing issues.
BILLING ISSUES- Andrea was 27 minutes late to our virtual intake appointment so obviously I didn’t stay on Zoom that long. She called me to gaslight me and ask if I was ok. I explained how I’m not interested in a provider that is 27 minutes late with zero communication. I was then CHARGED for this appointment that didn’t happen after she racked up money from my insurance from said non-existing appointment. The biller apologized and refunded me, then 3 days later, charged again. Something sketchy is happening here. Money hung... read more
