BILLING ISSUES- Andrea was 27 minutes late to our virtual intake appointment so obviously I didn’t stay on Zoom that long. She called me to gaslight me and ask if I was ok. I explained how I’m not interested in a provider that is 27 minutes late with zero communication. I was then CHARGED for this appointment that didn’t happen after she racked up money from my insurance from said non-existing appointment. My life has truly been changed since starting treatment with Andrea. She truly cares about her patients. It's really unfortunate that someone would try to harm the business of someone who truly cares about every single patient she has. Andrea has spent the time to actually get to know me and my desires for treatment. She empowers me to make choices so that I have the best chance at recovery. She is always open to collaborating with me so that I have the best treatment for my needs. She is a bright light and extremely kind. Could not recommend her more!!
