you guys are a disgrace for letting a patient die outside your doors. shame on you.
your policy of needing to call 911 from your parking lots is horrid and absolutely NOT how you take care of your patients. I had 2 kids here but after hearing of your ridiculous protocols I will be sure anyone I know NEVER RETURNS!!!! Your hospital is to blame for a mother's death!!! something could have been done if it was not for that BS of not helping anyone outside of hospital whether on the property or not. shame on Saint luke's!!!!!
Saint Luke's will sit by as people in dire need of medical attention die right outside of their emergency room doors! Absolutely atrocious!

Worse ER in the country or the world
Very disappointed!! My daughter who is 18 called and left a message for a nurse on a Monday about lunch time- no returned call. She called back early on Tuesday -- no returned call. I called and left a message on Wednesday stating I was upset that she wasn't called back. Then, they called back and said to make an appt. Nurse didn't discuss her symptoms, etc. Unfortunately by the time they called back she was back at school so she set up an online appt -- THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP FOR THE ONLINE APPT AND THAT WAS DAYS AGO AND THEY ... read more
WARNING - Do not go to Saint Luke’s South Hospital for imaging. My Dad has multiple types of imaging done at Saint Luke’s South. None of the radiologists’ were for sure able to identify a mass on his pancreas. In fact, the oncologist told him everything was purely speculation due to no mass being identified on the imaging. I sent the Saint Luke’s South imaging out to several other institutions to be looked at, and they all were able to identify a mass. RecommendedI delivered my daughter there July 31 of last year they saved me and my daughter life she is now a year old they even did my hysterectomy I lost 6 liters of blood beat all around drs there and nicu they hands down
