BEWARE! Cami is creative in ways you might not expect. Don’t sign an agreement based on an hourly rate, and definitely don’t pay a retainer. Per her contract, she bills monthly. She does not. She did bill us once, for four months of work. We paid it promptly. We then asked her to stop all work, as our builder was in breach of his contract. Fast forward four months.
