Wonderful staff that really care about their clients
StoryPoint of Mequon caregiver charged on 5/20/2025 with "reckless homicide of elderly woman." Just a charge and not a conviction.
Nina, Amber and Melissa are very helpful. Most workers are friendly and helpful but you have to have patience. Not all employees are communicative or smile. Not the friendliest atmosphere in dining. Always seem to be short staffed. Front reception is usually unstaffed on weekends which can be worrisome.
Great staff.
