I've had to take my vehicle in twice for service. Both times they were prompt about getting the when done, and did a great job of communicating transparently throughout the process.
This is my honest review after buying a used Mini Van from Wright Honda. First off if you are planning on buying with cash or bringing your own financing be prepared to be treated as if you are not important to them. At one point I overheard the financial manager tell our salesman in her office that was very close to where we were sitting that she is "too busy to deal with us and that they have people on the lot that are more important." Had an excellent experience with my recent purchase of a 2021 Toyota RAV4 XLE. I was looking for a specific car in a specific color and found it at Wright Honda. I purchased the car without ever visiting the dealership or seeing the car in-person; this was a little anxiety-provoking, but Jeff and Kaitlyn were patient and very helpful. I am sending a review from 3 years after purchasing my car with Wright Honda! Brandon Thomas was amazing and he got me a great deal on my 2014 Toyota Corolla and she still runs Impeccable to this day. Only normal maintenance (oil changes , tire rotations,etc) and I have no lights on. Thankyou for leading me to the right direction and I am so late on this review but through all the trials and tribulations this car has been a star!
