Terrible build quality & materials. Our entire house flooring squeaks after only 2 years. Literally everything about the house was built with terrible materials with zero attention to detail. I would not buy from wright homes in the future.

The homes are standard with upgrades subpar. Warranty was never helpful and took forever to address any issues. I have purchased 2 homes in the community and am considering selling to get away from a predatory HOA and townhomes I’m concerned will not retain their value nearly as well as another builder.

We have bought 2 properties in this development. Both experiences were pretty good. First we worked with Kenny, who is pretty strait to the point and doesn't really sugar coat anything - which I can appreciate but I know isn't for everyone. Personally, I didn't mind and I think he's a super chill and awesome guy when you get to know him. Dave, the super, is amazing and so extremely kind.
