Terrible build quality & materials. Our entire house flooring squeaks after only 2 years. Literally everything about the house was built with terrible materials with zero attention to detail. I would not buy from wright homes in the future.

The homes are standard with upgrades subpar. Warranty was never helpful and took forever to address any issues. I have purchased 2 homes in the community and am considering selling to get away from a predatory HOA and townhomes I’m concerned will not retain their value nearly as well as another builder.
