I recommend thoroughly reviewing all billing statements before payment. There have been mixups on multiple occasions on my billing that were only corrected when I went through and noticed that the numbers didn't make sense from what I had been told, or that more procedures were marked as completed and then billed than had actually been completed. They were always willing to go back and review, but definitely go over everything carefully.
