I love Dan and his wife. They have been kind to me, but the Wright Associates experience is definitely a disappointment. Communication and follow through have been below basement level. Work requests take long to be addressed if at all and no worthy explanation fits when you are the customer paying for services you are not getting. Do Your part and make it happen..period. Customer service is terrible. I pray they get some new people on board that will help build a better customer service. They will definitely lose bus... read more
