Sorry excuse of a management company. Called asking for the owner of the apt complex I live in multiple times & now all of my calls are being ignored. Called from my husband’s phone & surprisingly got an answer. Why the hell do you choose to own properties if you’re going to hide from the people that’s paying you?
When applying for an apartment at WHR manager properties be sure you have enough money to continue your apartment search if denied by them. It will take quite some time before you get your refunded Admin fees ($100) back from them. Instead of the fee being reversed back to your card, they mail a check, and they are in no hurry about it...even though they are well aware that they just denied you and you still need to find an apartment. App fees are not refundable. I would suggest applying elsewhere.
