We're a second generation family business, originally opened as Behrens, Inc. In Gentilly, New Orleans circa 1978. In 1988, my father changed the business name to Wrens ( Short nickname that was used at Behrens) and moved to 4321Tchoupitoulas Street in the beautiful area of Uptown New Orleans. They have wasted our time. Fucked with my business and underperformed ! A month of bullshit holding my bus hostage! They over promised a paint job they could not complete and have the nerve to keep telling us come back tomorrow to say the same thing again. They literally have us hostage with my business !!! Still waiting and will have to return for the 3rd time today !
Stopped at Wrens this morning to get an estimate to refinish the top on my Jeep. the man who finally greeted me said lets have a look. after seeing the top, he said that they were real busy. i said that there was no rush. i just wanted an estimate. it says on the front wall of the building "free estimates". when i pressed him, he gave me a high ball number and told me when i was ready to do the work, come back and he would do the work. he should have said up front to go away, we don't want your business.
