We're a second generation family business, originally opened as Behrens, Inc. In Gentilly, New Orleans circa 1978. In 1988, my father changed the business name to Wrens ( Short nickname that was used at Behrens) and moved to 4321Tchoupitoulas Street in the beautiful area of Uptown New Orleans. I bought a car from Sammy and wrecked it the same week but thankfully he handled the claim for me and everything I really and happy with all he done for me because I'm a single mom and don't really have anyone who I can trust when I need my car fixed but I'm definitely not going to go anywhere else he really helped me and i feel he needs props NO CAP I highly Recommend!!!!
Ive been going to Sammy’s shop as long as I’ve been driving. He’s honest and is fair with his prices. He was closed for a few months because Coronavirus, but now he’s reopening and I got him to take in my car ( even though he his team isn’t taking any cars yet!) I will only use Sammy because i can deal with him directly. Some advice only deal with him tho
I stopped by Wrens this afternoon after four months of attempting to call, sending emails and text messages. They have never responded to anything. I stopped by to check on the progress they have made in the last 4 months. As always the owner Sammy is not here. My vehicle is in the same location as when it was brought in. Not one screws had been replaced and the back of my truck was used as the community garage can! I will absolutely never use this has been repair shop for changing the air in my tire
Reimburse me for the $75 for ticket received by someone who worked for you while my vehicle in your possession. Forget the incomplete repairs. 5 times been there to collect & refused payment by your employees.
Great people that work there. In they do very good top of the line work! also great paint jobs I would definitely go there if you need any work done to your old school cars or newer cars.
I live next door to Wren's. I have seen automobiles, that you would think there's no way they could be repaired. To my surprise the cars have come out looking like they weren't ever in a accident. I have seen the work they do and it is a very professional quality type of work. They are able to meet all the customers requirements with any repairs they take in. I would definitely suggest Wren's for all my auto, truck or vehicle needs. I have also seen the excellent work they have done when restoring older vehicles.
Best auto repair shop in the New Orleans area. Top notch work and customer care. It doesn’t get any better.
