Wrench Rat is very dependable reliable. Their employees are very friendly and honest and that is greatly appreciated.
Have been taking few differnet vehicles there for a few years now. They are very honest and willing to tell you the truth! They will not bullshit you or try to pressure you! They will tell you what can or can’t wait. Because of that, I’d not take my vehicle to anyone else! Note; they aren’t cheap! But not expensive! But they will definitely take care of you! That’s worth every penny in my book!
It was good, and I had back hatch struts replaced.
These guys are the best! They are a no bull kind of place and I trust them fully. I had a car that was a total lemon they were super sympathetic to me and I could always trust them to tell it like it is. They are wonderful in assessing what's wrong and being totally upfront with you about what needs to be fix, what can wait and what isn't worth fixing. I have taken all of my vehicles to them for years and highly recommend them to anyone that needs work on their vehicles!
