Speaking on behalf of my spouse, we’ve had an absolutely terrible experience with Wrench Motorcycles. It’s been a full year since March 2024, and we’ve had no meaningful updates on his transmission sent for work. After October 2024, they went completely silent—no calls, no emails, nothing. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times, but they’ve gone radio silent and refuse to respond to either one of us. Had a transmission there for some work since the end of march 24. Confirmed receipt, and was told I would be up next after the current project. July comes and goes with no response. Completely ghosted until October 7th when I’m told sorry, and it would be gotten to this weekend. It’s now the end of February 25 and I haven’t been able to get ahold of anyone since, no updates or anything, but they can make instagram posts. Tried to charge me $225. Never had motorcycle and live in different state. Claim they don't know how they got my card information. The Bank has received many complaints of fraud and have contacted law enforcement. They will find out! Watch your charges and bank statements.
