Wrench Blisters Garage quickly diagnosed and fixed my AC issue and also pointed out two other areas that needed attention. The pricing was fair, and the repairs were completed the same day. I later realized that my mom brought my first car to Joey years ago when he had a shop on South Monroe—we’ve been looking for him ever since because he was honest and knowledgeable. I’m so glad I found him again!
These guys are awesome - I bring my Jeep in to get repairs and service that I don't want to do (leaking intake manifold gasket, AC issues, and a couple other things I can't think of). They're great with communication, diagnosis, repair, and finding additional issues I didn't realize were going on (it doesn't feel like they're trying to upsell but if they see something, they say something). Where do I begin…customer service goes a long way. You can’t teach it. You’re born with it. The people walking in your shop and calling on the phone for service is who pays your bills. So what bills have you not paid lately because the service you provide makes other mechanics look bad! The way you speak to people shows your lack of education. You’re representing the mechanics world. Try to do better.
I was new to town and was recommended wrench blisters garage for maintenance on my jeep wrangler. I took my jeep in for an oil change and general diagnostic to check if anything was wrong with it. I called and they were able to squeeze me in the same day, which I very much appreciated since the oil change was overdue. The oil change was fast and I was told there was nothing wrong with the jeep which I was happy to hear about. The employees were great and very friendly. Highly recommend them for all your mechanic needs!
