Couldn't have had a more proactive, diligent realtor to work with! Wren was on top of what needed to be done and, in many cases, responded to items that might be of concern to us with regards to the property before we even made the assessments. She was in tune with what was important to us. She had great insight into how the offer should be written up to ensure that ours would be most competitive since multiple offers were made. Wren did a great job selling our house. The interest rate hike hit us a few days before we went on the market and Wren helped navigate those more difficult waters getting us to a sale at asking price, She did many little things along to way to make the process as pleasant as possible. She is a nice person and always quick to respond to a call or text. She earned her money and we recommend without reservation.
