Lovely staff very helpful. Unfortunately the room we were in could have done with a really good clean . We had 2 bdrm self contained apartment and the cleanliness left alot to be desired. The cups were chipped which put me of straight away, as were a couple of the plates. The bed's were comfortable enough. I found the corridor's very dark and claustrophobic. If the place was to have a deep clean l would recommend it but otherwise hard to give more than 2 1/2 stars.

Absolutely horrible. TV didn’t work, plugs not anywhere near beds/mirrors or anything. The service desk people were rude and not helpful whatsoever. They charged me extra for checkout and couldn’t explain why to me PROPERLY.
First World problems, I know. One star rating is for location and city view. Upon booking, we were told we could request an early check-in and late check out, but prior to arrival this was too difficult. After calling the day before I was told to call back on the day. But of course we could not get through to customer service. The line went to their call centre and when reception was rung from there they could and not get through either. Came as an anniversary present from my boyfriend and was completely blown away with their service. The late night receptionist was completely amazing and I could not say a single bad thing about her at all. The room was big and very clean with amazing views. The location was one the best things as you were close to everything and anything. They even added a little gift for our anniversary which added to the whole surprise. Could not recommend them more!
