A solid place to live now that the New Live In manager has cleaned out the Addicts and found better tenants to rent. The pool just got renovated, and the common area is nice to look at. Great and very quiet. Perfect place for a small family or a new renter.
I knew some people that lived in these apartments. The live in manager is rude, seemingly unavailable most days and did not fix things in a timely manner. If you are ok with living with roches and broken appliances then I guess it would be an ok place to live.
