Never answers the phone or email when you call them but I’d suddenly very responsive when it’s time for billing
If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. I recently stumbled on a reminder of when BITS was in charge of IT for my employer. This company made my job ten times harder than it needed to be. Two snot-nosed brats run BITS from their BMWs. The CIO couldn't ever be bothered to follow through with any complaints or service issues. Getting a return call was like pulling teeth. Horrendous internet speed and an abysmal, unresponsive customer service. Network goes offline once every couple weeks, for HOURS at a time. It’s a genuine shock that they’re able to operate this long with service this bad. Do not get internet from them if you can help it. I live in an apt complex so I can’t, but learn from my experience.
