I've tried contacting both Winchester and richmond offices about viewing an apartment, they just keep texting me and my bf both saying we need to contact the leasing agent Haley who will not return either of our calls. If thats how they are just trying to view an apartment, I can only imagine how they are when you're renting from them. Will be looking elsewhere.

Would give 0 stars if I could. I Rented from W&R rentals for a year. Longest rental year of my life. Waaaay overpriced for a rundown hole in the wall. Great location, quiet area, but that’s about the only good thing. Maintenance was a joke, my back porch to my back door was dry rotted & falling apart, the carpet smelled like dog piss when we first moved in even though it was still wet from the “carpet cleaners” that according to my neighbor who watched them clean the carpets, were in there for maybe an hour on a two bedroom ... read more
