Rosa and Myself met to sort out a complaint issue in which I was verbally insulted by a member of my local Shire. I was led to believe that She was an actual staff member of the Shire by Her but She wasnt. She failed to acknowledge correspondence (that I had copies of) recognising that the insult had in fact been delivered and concluded that I had no grounds for the complaint and then proceeded to have disciplinary action placed upon Myself. Hmmm.
