Mr. Chance and family have been taking care of the Brennan family since the 1970's and I love to pass by almost weekly knowing I'm part of the family. We have always been treated with highest level of customer service and expert knowledge! W.R. Chance is an Annapolis institution!

I just recently bought my fiancé the most gorgeous ring from chance. The entire experience was amazing. Brooke was the salesperson who work directly with me and dealt with all my needs including changes to the ring. The customer service was top notch and the ring was different than any ring I had seen and made my engagement that much more special. I will never shop for important jewelry from anywhere else again.
Walked in to browse around during midnight madness. Immediately was treated like I was going to steal something. Then was told a piece of jewelry I had was fake when it wasn't. Never been treated so poorly before. I will never go back there.
