I am pleased with WPI's property management service especially my property manager Tommy Wei. Tommy is a very friendly and highly efficient property manager. His good service deserve recognition.
I have been living at a WPI rental for the last two years. I have never met the landlord, even after multiple requests to meet with him. This was Steve's response to my request on Aug 12, 2020, "Ok, I let you know once I have the schedule coming to south side". It is now Sept 28, 2020 and I still have not heard from him. I asked for a screen replacement in May 2020. Steve had the nerve to give me the screen guys number and told me to call him. My screen door still has not been replaced.
