We have spent thousands of dollars with this company on window repairs for our home. Eugene is a lovely and hardworking man who did good work. But they have owed us over $400 for months now and, despite telling us they WANT to send the money, they won't return it because of "situations happening in the world". I have all the sympathy for people stuck in wartime situations, but that is not a legal basis to keep money you've already said in writing would be returned for work not done. Eugene did an amazing job with our broken sliding patio door saving thousands of dollars I highly recommend.
Personable, knowledgeable, and commendable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. We had a crack and a number of issues for windows but overall weren't provided blanket statements of, "Replace them all." Eugene, the technician, broke down his knowledge about windows and rather than replacing everything he informed us about our new home very well. We saved tens of thousands of needless replacements and instead had been repaired on windows rather than being sold windows.
