I've been coming here for a long time and the only complaint i have is that daycare should be open at 730 it really isn't convenient to have to wait around until 830 I'm sure a lot of other moms feel the same
I like working out here because people are there to work out ,it is not a gym for people to look glamorous and just mingle !! I find it clean and the staff has always been nice !!
Its a gym not a countryclub its where you go to better yourself mind body and soul. Reminds me of the rockey movies.minus the ring.
I like it the group classes and the hours are very convenient.
I like the yoga classes on Tuesday & Thursday with Charles and Piyo on Wednesday's with Dianna
