DONT GET A MEMBERSHIP HERE! After I canceled my membership they said I never canceled and then charged me $211 to a collection agency! There is no way I can pay that I have mouths to feed and college to pay for. They took advantage of me because I said I couldn’t pay the membership anymore! So much for a no hassle contract, no commitment...

If you’re a visitor there’s a middle aged woman who checks your ID and then keeps it. I searched through WOW policies and see no explanation or validation for this. There’s sensitive information on my ID that is absolutely unnecessary for the gym or employees to see. Unacceptable. She refused to give it back as well and then shamed me for my feelings
I have been in this industry either working out or working for over 20 years now. This is the most disgusting gym I have ever been to and I have been to a lot of gyms. The staff are very standoffish unless you know them, The weights are never put back on their weight tree correctly, The equipment is always old and dirty, The bathrooms are absolutely disgraceful, The only reason I go here is because it's convenient for me from work and home. I would not refer this gym to anybody.
The help
Speaking from what I hear from Tsune Roberts, my wife, she likes it enough to be a member for over four years. Now she is taking classes three days a week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday. She enjoys the complete package and staff. She is Happy that she belongs to WOW in Bellingham. Thank you.
