Called to get a quote for some subfloor work and was really impressed. The owner was professional, easy to talk to, and took the time to walk me through everything. He was great about answering questions, explaining the process, and offering helpful advice. Very easy to communicate with and clearly knowledgeable. Great experience overall- definitely a 5-star first impression.

We had a pretty significant gouge in our wood floor that others said could not be repaired. Leo's team came out and now you can't even tell it was there! We did have a minor problem with our wood floor, but Leo came out and fixed it 100%. I appreciate people who stand by their work like this. Five stars all around!
