I hired Leo Aceves dba Wow Wood Floors in October 2023. I was having a problem with my basement floor being uneven and wanting to redo my stairs. Leo said he could level my basement floor, install new flooring and redo my stairs. I really liked how the stairs turned out, and was wanting to redo another set of stairs. Floors and stairs were completed close to the end of December 2023. Within one week, the flooring started to buckle, I could feel it push down when I stepped on it, and it would raise back up when I stepped off.... read more

Called to get a quote for some subfloor work and was really impressed. The owner was professional, easy to talk to, and took the time to walk me through everything. He was great about answering questions, explaining the process, and offering helpful advice. Very easy to communicate with and clearly knowledgeable. Great experience overall- definitely a 5-star first impression.
