RecommendedFor 10 years I've had WOW clean my carpet. I tried another company and this one is the best, fairly priced. Carlos has been on the team the whole time and he's as courteous, detail oriented as they come. Both employees wore masks and gloves. They use corner protectors as well to avoid wall scuffs.

Fast, fair, responsive, and responsible is just a few things I could say about WOW Total Cleaning & Restoration. Used them a couple times and my carpet and specially my Suede Sofas looked amazing once they finished.

WOW did not do the job I paid them to do. Their job was not thorough. Their response falls under Very Bad Customer Service. I have numerous properties and have even used WOW at my personal residence. Never again. Very disappointed.
