Call to make appointment and because I ask the female to slow down because she was speaking fast and it was difficult for me to understand what she was saying; she hung up the phone. I called back and stated I would like to speak to a manager. Women stated that she would help me. Told I would like to make an appointment for today a 3 pm; she said ok with out taking any of my information. I asked why she us not asking for my info she stated she has the number I called in on. Love this place! Every tech is amazing and so quick! Just went for my latest (long overdue) chocolate Brazilian and I decided to time it after bragging to everyone I know about how quick my wax is.... In and out in 12 minutes. They are the best!
