Great service from Omar and the team. We had a problem with 2 soakwells being delivered and only one being put in without our knowledge but we were given a refund when we brought it up with them.
My experience with wow homes was brilliant, the site manager kept everything running smoothly and only took 7 months to build, even over Christmas. I would like to thank Daniel Oliver - from the first time I spoke to him he said he could help my unusual situation. With rearranging the whole inside of my house for medical purposes and obstacles with finance, alongside help from Mario at Keystart my build could go ahead. I would highly recommend building with wow homes thanks to everyone involved.
We originally had a frustrating experience with a miscommunication over our requested kitchen window design. From the start, we had made it clear to Wow Homes, even sending through photos, but it hadn’t been reflected in the plans. Initially, we were told it couldn’t be changed as it was considered a “structural change,” which caused a lot of stress right before contract signing. Wow Homes really wowed us from start to finish! From the first meeting all the way to handover, the entire team was professional, honest, and super helpful.
