We originally had a frustrating experience with a miscommunication over our requested kitchen window design. From the start, we had made it clear to Wow Homes, even sending through photos, but it hadn’t been reflected in the plans. Wow Homes really wowed us from start to finish! From the first meeting all the way to handover, the entire team was professional, honest, and super helpful. One of the biggest wow moments for us was how honest they were with money — there were a few times we had already signed and paid for items, but after the job was done, Wow Homes came back to us saying the actual cost was lower and refunded the extra.
