WOW Factors has the best inventory in Indianapolis. I'm struggling to think of something they don't do in combination with their sister company, Evans AV. The owner, Scott, is 100% a great guy. He is a community leader. He has a heart of gold. We've photographed some of the most magnificent events and his team was largely responsible. WOW Factors is a fabulous company.
We have partnered numerous times with this rental company and seen 1st hand how they go the extra mile and out of their way for their clients.
I paid $900 dollars on "Dark Walnut Crossback Chairs" when i arrived they were fruitwood chairs. I had fought and fought to get my money back and they simply refused. I did not pick the chairs up, i did not use them whatsoever. I ended up talking with my CC and contested the charge. NEVER RENT FROM THEM.
