Do not do business with WOW Electronics! I guess true to their name, the only wow you experience is the poor quality of service they provide. I also found them not to be forthcoming with the truth as to what was actually the problem. Avoid at all cost!
Beware!!! They don't even deserve 1 star! I sent them my GM navigation unit to be repaired, they had it for 4 weeks before they even gave me a diagnosis. The diagnosis was completely incorrect, I doubt they even looked at the radio! They also quoted me an outrageous price to fix the wrong thing! Then it took them another 2 weeks to send it back to me after I told them I didn't want it repaired. Once I received it, I noticed they also kept my map dvd, which they will not return to me. I strongly recommend finding another comp... read more
