Been going to wow when they first got into car audio, back in the early 90's. Now my son is going there with his car.
As a longtime friend and employee of the Daniels family..... I can vouch this is a five-star establishment all the way ...genuine and honest people with Incredible customer service...... highly recommended
Please read all the way through with comments. It all got resolved and I'm very happy now. 5 stars! Paid for a remote start. Waited 2 1/2 hours for install. Didn't work. They told me it was a fuse. Spent $20 to have fuses checked. No fuse problem. Went back for a second visit. Another 2 hours. Now they are telling me that there are some 2003 dodge vans with some issue so that this won't work. But they took my money and time and I have nothing that works. Avoid these guys. Rip off big time.

Debbie, As you know from the conversation we had today I have ordered the relay kit that will fix the issue with the vehicle and everything will work properly. I will do this at no cost to you for any inconvenience.
Had remote start installed. Took about 90 minutes, as they estimated and works great. Nice features for the price. I'm happy with product and installation.
