We have been seeing Dr. Yogi Chen for almost two years now. He is friendly, professional, and good at what he does. He is a perfectionist and updates me on the progress every time we go in for our appointment. We have gotten several quotes from different orthodontists prior to choosing Dr. Chen. There are many that has a fancy office and full of incentives for the kids but knowing that he will be personally seeing you every time and not some assistant is reassuring. I have been a patient of Dr. Chens for over a year and can not say enough good things about him!! I was referred to Dr. Chen by my dentist and I am so thankful to have found such a caring and kind doctor. I was always so nervous to start my braces journey. Update: In the doctor’s reply, he admitted to his insulting words and behavior toward my child and further criticized us for not educating our child properly. I am deeply disappointed by the doctor’s lack of professionalism and work ethics in treating patients this way. While he did not (and can’t) deny any of the facts I mentioned, he instead threatened to send a bill—one that I did not consent to and do not recognize—to a collection agency, as stated in his response to this review. My wife and I were referred to Dr. Chen by our dentist for some advanced dental needs. We are so grateful to have found Dr. Chen! My daughter was nervous about getting expanders, but Dr. Chen’s caring approach quickly put her at ease. He is knowledgeable, thorough, and incredibly patient with all of our questions. The results have been fantastic so far, and we’re thrilled with the progress we’re seeing in her smile. The office staff is friendly, and the facility is modern and spotless. We couldn’t ask for a better experience. I highly recommend Dr. Chen to anyone in need of orthodontic care.
