Dr. Chen explains everything in great detail, which really helped put us at ease. My daughter used to be afraid of going to any doctor, but she has no problem coming here. Both my son and daughter are getting their braces done at this clinic, and overall the experience has been very positive. My daughter just finished her Phase 1 treatment, and her new smile looks like an angel’s! We’re very happy with the care, professionalism, and results from Dr. Chen and the team. Highly recommend!
We have been seeing Dr. Yogi Chen for almost two years now. He is friendly, professional, and good at what he does. He is a perfectionist and updates me on the progress every time we go in for our appointment. We have gotten several quotes from different orthodontists prior to choosing Dr. Chen. I have been a patient of Dr. Chens for over a year and can not say enough good things about him!! I was referred to Dr. Chen by my dentist and I am so thankful to have found such a caring and kind doctor. I was always so nervous to start my braces journey. Update: In the doctor’s reply, he admitted to his insulting words and behavior toward my child and further criticized us for not educating our child properly. I am deeply disappointed by the doctor’s lack of professionalism and work ethics in treating patients this way. While he did not (and can’t) deny any of the facts I mentioned, he instead threatened to send a bill—one that I did not consent to and do not recognize—to a collection agency, as stated in his response to this review.
