My vehicle got scratches from their brushes and they refuse to take responsibility for it. Told me that their brushes couldn't have caused the damage and then said they are not responsible for scratches. ***Update*** A Wow representive reached out with a "second review" of my claim but results were the same. They based their denial of responsiblity on their cameras showing what they claim is previous damage to my vehicle. My license plates fell off after a car wash and the staff was really amazing in helping me find them. I got them back the next day. Good clean facility- they give you a microfiber towel and everything. Vacuums have good power.
