I took my wife's 2013 Camaro for the 'free' wash from the mailer coupon. The car is in great condition with no body damage. The wash ripped the top roof trim off the car. The employees could not find the trim, so we filed an incidence report. After 4 business days, and 30 minutes on hold, I was told the car was over 7 years old, the trim coming off is not the fault of the wash since it is designed not to do that, and the claim was denied.
