Showed up to two different locations ad both closed turns out looking at the hours of operation it closes At 1 PM on Wednesdays now very inconvenient definitely not happy about this change
I’ve been coming to WOW Car Wash every month, mainly because I like the complimentary car scent. Today I was told my wash no longer qualifies, even though I’ve received one with the same wash every previous visit. If the policy changed, that should be communicated clearly. To make matters worse, I noticed new scratches on my car after going through the wash that weren’t there before.
