Not horrible but "ok". Gets necessities done but not much else in extras.
Always a good experience
I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience with an employee named Jalen. He was guiding me through the car wash tunnel and directed my vehicle off the tracks, which caused my rims to get scratched. When I tried to address what happened, instead of taking responsibility or trying to help, Jalen became extremely unprofessional. I could see him mumbling and cursing as I rolled my window down, and he then told me it was my fault—even though he was the employee actively guiding me through the tunnel.
