Worth every penny
They double billed me for 9 months, acknowledged they double billed me but only offered a 3 month refund. Had multiple memberships and cancelled them all. Better check your bill because they are unscrupulous! The response from management was worthless. Their Guest Services were still unwilling to do the right thing and refused to connect me with a supervisor.
Absolutely horrible experience. I wasted $14 for a car wash and my car is still dirty, Spots everywhere, windows not cleaned, bird crap still on the side of Car, this was definitely a half wash! I will never go to a wow car wash ever again unfortunately. And I live 35 minutes away from this car wash so there’s no point in me calling to complain. :-(
