So I Just left this car wash,..first time visiting. I.asked about pricing. He told me about a basic wash and membership..I said ok. Gave him my card..he said done..I said wait I didn't tell you what I wanted. He said oh I just charged basic, supposedly $9. I always get a receipt. I was in a rush. Not good. Kid charged me $18 for a 3 second car wash when I pulled up my statement five minutes later. Called customer service on hold for 15min never got on the phone. So mad. Lost a customer for sure
The workers are so kind and hard workers. I came in Christmas Eve and treated me w the best service. Spoke w the store manager he was VERY kind to me. Will definitely come back.
I came here after receiving a free car wash coupon from Instagram. I am so glad that I did. I’ve been on the hunt for a car wash with strong suction on the vacuums and zero cigarette smoke smell. Most car washes in Vegas fall short. However, WOW fit exactly this description and I will exclusively use them going forward. Thank you again!
