The girl who loads cars in the afternoon can’t load at all everytime I come in at the same time I always get a dirty looks and my wheels always hit she will pay for my alignment. only employee at this location that has an issue with me seems like it management needs to talk to her or replace
On August 11th at 2:24 pm, I was checking my cars cameras to make sure I was positioned correctly before entering the car wash. The attendant noticed me pulling in and rolled her eyes. At first, I assumed maybe she thought I hadn’t noticed. She then handed me a towel and an air freshener. I thanked her but she rolled her eyes again and made a nasty facial expression as she turned away. Today, she started jumping out and down and screaming at me! (The tall young white women with her hair in a bun who guides cars) 🤦♂️ This one employee hillariously freaks out and gestures to turn the wheel sharply to the right AFTER it is straight. Maybe she sends business to the alignment shop next door!
I want to take a moment to thank the two gentlemen (iladio and Angel) that were on staff tonight. They made me feel very welcome and provided great customer service. I also noticed the manager working extremely hard, constantly moving around the lot to make sure everything stayed clean and organized. He even jumped into the tunnel to guide me through, which I really appreciated. It was great to see a team that was so hands-on and dedicated to providing a great customer experience. Thank you all for the hard work tonight!
