It was not the worst car wash I have ever had, but it was definitely not the best my car is still dirty and is now streaky from the wash and the vacuum was not functioning well. Waste of money, unfortunately.
I pull up to the car wash with two bays. The other bay has a white woman prewashing her SUV . I'm prewashing mines when several cars pull behind us. The white woman attendant comes and tell me that there's a line of cars and although she appreciates my business, I need to hurry up. I tells her that I came after the other SUV, why you're hassling me!? She never told that lady anything!! Really!!? Mind you, the other lady is still there while she's hassling me!!
WOW Carwash Has Excellent Customer Servce!!! Willing to go above and beyond.
I just purchased the weather protector package and noticed that I had dirt spots all over my car that weren't there before the wash. I commented to another person with a light colored car and she had spots on her car as well. Although she said, that she had used this car wash before with no problem. Management please check your equipment.
