We were first time customers at Woven Passion having had the store recommended to us by an interior designer. Nelson, the salesman and store owner provided a patient and considerate service to us, despite our lack of knowledge about the rug world. There was no pressure to buy and he encouraged us to check out other options from nearby businesses.
