My neighbors recommended Woven Passion when I needed an antique rug cleaned when a large quantity of water spilled on it. They were a pleasure to deal with, always on time and responded to questions quickly. Nelson explained the process very well - he definitely knows his rugs - and the price was fair. I ended up sending in 4 more rugs to be cleaned and they did a terrific job on all of them. I'll definitely use Woven Passion again!
What an amazing experience it was to work with Nelson on our first ‘grown up’ rug! We love it. He was so supportive and helped us find this beauty. We also appreciated the amazing customer service - rug came early, lots of confirming messages from them. Door to door service as well. Highly recommend!
