Me and my mom have been coming to woven for almost 3 year now and it been nothing but amazing the wait isn’t long and the doctors listen and work with you .
I have been going to Woven health clinic for several years and I was told today they only treat patients from 18- 64 years of age and was told when I got on Medicare it wouldn't matter, but today I was told I was being dismissed. I honestly did not know that, but I was not treated very well by the Nurse practitioner or the girl that gave my dismissal papers. Worse experience with Neena Francis Nurse Practitioner, horrible bedside manner, doesn’t pay attention to his patients needs. Tried having a conversation over the phone with her regarding a patients care and need for medication (which he had already request 2 days before and she never send to pharmacy) she hung up the phone in her words “is 5pm and I’m about to walk out” didn’t even let me finish the conversation. Incredible staff, great place, help me to get my health back on track, now I'm scared to eat fast food,lol. Great job and continue to keep our community healthy.
I've been part of the clinic since 2019. Staff are courteous and professional. The environment is clean and well organized.
