A great and caring staff. Made us feel we were important and very concerned about our comfort. Their care was excellent and explained everything so we were comfortable.
Every aspect of the wound center is at the top of their game. Nurses and physicians assistants are kind and helpful, office staff anticipates arrival and needs so there is no waiting. Dr Backer explains what we need to know comprehensively. We are thankful to have this great team helping my father stay healthy. Since my father sees several other physicians/specialists- they are judged by how well they stack up to the wound center at Retreat Hospital. Thankyou very much for the great care.
Everyone at the office made a scary situation very comfortable! They were kind, understanding, and communicative the entire time. I am so thankful I found your office to take care of my wound! The front desk was able to fit me in quickly knowing I had an infected dog bite and it gave me so much peace of mind.
