I just wanted to share my experience at this office. From day one I have only been treated with the upmost respect, patience and most of all care From the front office all the back and I appreciate the care and concern
I had to call and fax twice a request to have my records sent to my primary doctor. And the records on the patient portal are all corrupt, cant even see the visit notes. And the receptionist just keeps saying the nurses will take care of it. Until you call the medical examiner on them.
I can't thank Dr. Ryan Huang and the Valley Hospital Wound Clinic team enough for their incredible care. I had been dealing with a stubborn wound for years, seeing multiple doctors without any success. Then I found Dr. Huang, and he worked his magic. Tina was a great nurse and helped me throughout the entire process. If you are suffering from internal wounds or external wounds, hyperbaric oxygen is the way to go.
The reception for wound care is absolutely amazing friendly service.But the parking lot is horrible.
